All Risks Insurances

This covers loss or damage by any cause not specifically excluded in the policy in respect of specified items:
Jewelleries , Watches, Cameras, Trophies, Gold & Silver articles, Work of Art and other Personal valuables and effects, Typewriters, Accounting and other portable Office Machines, Scales, Survey Equipment etc. Cover could be limited to Nigeria or extended on worldwide basis. It could be affected on both private and Business property.

This policy can be issued on valued and unvalued basis.

Valued Policy: Where the valued of items covered by the policy have been agreed at the inception of the contract. A valuation report must be issued to evidence this.

Unvalued policy: The value of the items covered by the policy is not agreed at the inception of the policy and there is need for professional valuation report. The value stated in the inventory list is accepted as the value.
