Mrs Felicia Bolajoko David

Mrs. Felicia Bolajoko David is the Managing Director/CEO of Alliance & General Insurance Plc. She began her career in 1992 at Lombard Insurance as an Assistant Superintendent, Claims where she rose through ranks. Prior to her joining Alliance &General; Insurance Plc, she was the Team Lead, Commercial & General Insurance Unit at Galnvils Enthoven & Co. Assistant Head, Technical at FBN Insurance Brokers and Group, Claims at Wapic Insurance Plc. She has over two decades of management experience in the insurance industry and is currently responsible for the overall management, setting strategic objectives of the Technical/Operations aspect of the business both for Life and General Insurance. She has also attended several trainings both home and abroad and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Nigeria.

Folashade Olafisoye

Executive Director – Commercial
Mrs. Folashade Olafisoye has over 15 years in the insurance industry. She is currently the Executive Director, Technical of Alliance & General Insurance Plc and she is responsible for providing leadership, management and vision necessary for ensuring that the company has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization. She holds a BSc (Geography) from University of Ilorin and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Nigeria. She also attended the Senior Management Training (SMP49) at the Lagos Business School.

Chief Soji Awogbade

Mr. Olusoji Oluwole Awogbade is a partner at Aelex Legal Practitioner & Arbitrators, a firm of Barristers and Solicitors in Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1977, he has several years of professional experience in the practice of Law. Mr. Olusoji is the head of the energy and natural resources practice group of AÉLEX, which has one of the largest energy practices in West Africa. He specialises in energy transactions and mainly advises clients on project finance, oil and gas, environmental, investment and securities, and company law. In his 40 years of legal practice, he has garnered considerable experience in the development, supply, transmission and distribution of oil and gas, power, and energy sector restructuring and privatization. He has also gained a sound understanding of the legal, regulatory and policy issues as well as commercial, fiscal and environmental matters arising in construction and project development. He continues to advise major, independent and marginal field operators on the legal, regulatory, commercial, fiscal and environmental aspects of acquisitions, divestiture and operations. Mr. Olusoji is respected by local and international investors, financial institutions, project owners, developers. He possesses substantial Board level experience as he currently serves on the Board of Italiar Nigeria Limited, Taroaulin Industries Nigeria Limited, HFP Engineering Limited and African Transmission & Distribution Company Limited. He is also an associate at American Bar Association.

Dr. Timiebi Koripamo - Agary

Dr. Timiebi Koripamo Agary, OON has over 40 years of professional and administrative experience in the Federal Public Service. She is currently a member of the governing council for the implementation of the United National Environment Programme Report on Ogoniland. She is also a consultant and Labour Adviser to the Presidential Task Force on Power and Ministry of Power and was government spokesperson and negotiator for the negotiations between the Federal Government and the PHCN Workers Union from July 2010 to December 2013. Dr. Koripamo-Agary was the permanent secretary, Federal Ministry of Information and Communication (2007 – 2008), Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity (2003 – 2007), Director General, Nigeria Natural Medicine Development Agency (2002 – 2003) and Director General, National Centre for Women Development, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Youth Development (1999 – 2002). She holds a Dr. PH (Human Nutrition) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, USA as well as BSc (Animal Science) from University of Ibadan. She was awarded the prestigious National Honors, officer of the Niger (OON), in recognition of her contributions to the development of the Nigerian Economy. She is a nominated member of UNICEF fellow, University of Ibadan and currently a member of Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World.

Dr. Olawale Isaac Wale-Awe

Dr. Olawale Isaac Wale-Awe is the Chairman of the management advisory board of GAMP Business School. He has over 36 years post degree experience in accounting, auditing, banking, consulting and the academics. He has also been involved in jobs relating to proffering solutions to businesses, government agencies and international organizations as a Consultant. Dr. Olawale holds B.Sc. Economics, PGD Computer Science, PGD Theology, M.Sc. Banking & Finance and Ph.D. Finance. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and has authored academic journal articles, five books and a novel. He trained with Deloitte for four years before embarking on a four-year career in banking. He went into consulting for three years and into academics for eleven years (at Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti) before joining ICAN, as a Director. He is currently the managing partner of Wale Awe & Co (Chartered Accountants). He was awarded Justice of the Peace (JP) in March 2012 by the Ekiti State Government in Nigeria. He is a pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

MR TALABI OLATUNDE ADEBUSOLA

Tunde Talabil is a graduate of English Studies from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He also holds an MBA Degree from the same University. He is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria with close to 3 decades of experience in both technical underwriting and business development. The larger part of this was spent at the top management level His insurance career started with Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc, where he worked for 10 years before joining First Chartered Insurance Company as the Group Head of operations, a position occupied for 2 years, He later became the maiden Head of Easter Directorate when he rejoined LAW Union & Rock Insurance in 2005. At the Regional Office in Port Harcourt, he coordinated activities of all the branches in the East. He planted Benin, Yenagoa, Calabar, Onitsha, Owerri, Aba, and Uyo offices in less than one year in that office. He has distinguished himself in both marketing and underwriting and has worked as the Head of Business Development and Head of Technical Operations with the organizations he worked Mr. Talabi has attended several Courses, Seminars, and conferences on underwriting and marketing locally and overseas. He was part of the prestigious "SIYAFUNDA Property & Engineering Course organized by Swiss Re in South Africa, the Oil & Gas Energy Course organized by HSBC in London, and also "Local Expertise for Global Solution", a seminar organized by Royal Sun Alliance (RSA-UK) in Madrid, Spain. Tunde worked briefly at Glanvill Enthoven Insurance Brokers as Head of Business Development before joining Great Nigeria Insurance in 2014 as the Head, of Branch Operations. He saw the phenomenal growth of 11 branches under his purview. He recently held the position of Executive Director, Operations at Verve Insurance Brokers Limited with the responsibility to oversee the company's technical and marketing activities and responsibility to turn the company into a household name in insurance broking
